We're glad to see that the fringe movement is making a comeback on this season's runways in New York, Milan and Paris. What's different about them now? If you're into classic looks, go for the brow grazing blunt cut, which is the grown-up or more polished version of the usual schoolgirl fringe where it skims the eyebrows (and sometimes the lashes). We like that they show off great cheekbones, shortens a longer face and hides blemishes on the forehead. Then there's the ultra short fringe for the fearless and bold. This version, which needs a wearer with attitude, is usually blunt or choppy, revealing at least half the forehead. And for those who prefer natural styles or have wavy hair, go for the tousled and textured fringe where you can opt to sweep to one side for a different look. If you've naturally straight hair, you could tong it a little, and spritz some sea-salt spray to create texture. But if you're not ready to have bangs yet, there are clip-on options you could try as well.
