One Couple's Colorful and Festive Multicultural Wedding

Chandini and Jose celebrated their nuptial with three days of celebration, mixing both the Hindu and Catholic customs, incorporating the traditions. On the third day of the celebration, Chandini was dressed in a very beautiful white A-line gown, intricately detailed on the bodice. Her clever use of jewelry and also the beautiful henna really accentuated her whole look. Following the Catholic ceremony, is the white and silver colored reception. The couple had their venue site decorated with crystal chains and tall white flower arrangements that exuded complete elegance. To finish the night's celebration, the couple also had their family members dance together in traditional Indian saree, adding festivities to the event. A little story from the wedding planner:

This wedding was really special for us. We had 3 days of really fun parties. Every day had its special decoration, and all was spectacular. The first day we had the Mehendi. Mehendi is the art of decorating the hands and feet of the bride with henna. The female friends and family members celebrate with the bride. The guests could also decorate their hands with henna. Later, the groom and his male family members and friends arrived at the party. The groom gave the bride a flower bouquet and looked for his initials in her hands. On this day the bride wore a beautiful black and gold traditional hindu dress. The hall was decorated with many colors.

On the second day, we had the Hindu ceremony in front of the Ganesh. The hall had a white elephant as part of the decoration and everything was decorated in red. On the third day we had the Catholic ceremony, held in the Nuestra Señora del Carmen Church. On this same day we had a big reception to celebrate both faiths and everything was so fun and festive.
