The wedding seems like a fairy-tale celebration with the bride arriving in a horse carriage, welcomed by the arms of her father. As they walked down the aisle, emotions take over and her father burst into tears. After handing her to her groom, the couple then said "I do" with overflowing joy. The reception to follow was not any less pretty. Still graced with the abundance of flowers, the venue looked bright and beautiful. My wedding was a dream and it went by so quickly, I honestly question if it really was a dream. It was absolutely breathtaking and I cried every time I took a moment to see what was in front of me. From the horse carriage, to the brilliant altar, to our insanely stunning tent and the details inside, I am still at a halt for words. Something that many people did not know, my mother and father did not have the opportunity to have a wedding because of financial difficulties,so they got married at city hall. I allowed my wedding to also be my mother's, I let her make all the decisions with and she wore a beautiful formal gown and carried her own floral hand tie. That might have been one of my most favorite memories of my wedding, knowing that my mom finally was able to somewhat also have her own. It was everything and more than I even imagined. We had a beautiful floral wall and chandeliers hanging from every point of the tent. To be able to shared all this happiness around me is so special especially having my mother around me to feel like this wedding is her own too.
