After wowing us with their beautiful destination wedding in Bali, Sepideh Haftgoli and Max Loong have taken us to yet another tropical paradise, Maldives. "From the time we started planning our wedding, we already discussed where we would like to go on our honeymoon. It turned out, Maldives was on both of our lists. We researched far and wide for a resort that provided exactly what we wanted and after reading up on what felt like millions of resorts, Per Aquum Niyama stood out to us far above the rest." Sepideh said.
The pristine beaches, tropical forests, and not to forget clear turquoise waters provided the perfect backdrop for Sepideh and Max's romantic photos. Perhaps that's the thing about honeymoon photo shoots. Breathtaking natural landscapes mixed with that newlywed glow can result in enchanting pictures.
So, what do you say? Are you inspired to have your very own post-wedding photo shoot? Take a closer look at Sepideh and Max's honeymoon pictures to get inspired and read on as Sepideh tells us more about her tropical honeymoon itinerary.
From Sepideh:
Per Aquum Niyama was fantastic. They had the famous ocean water villas that Max and I had always wanted to stay in, each with its own breathtaking views and private pool, massive living room, bedroom and bathroom (surrounded by that unbeatable turquoise water with just a few steps down from our villa into the ocean). Another thing that was important to us was the variety of restaurants that they offered, with nine various outlets, including Asian culinary in a tree-top setting called Nest and their modern fine dining restaurant, Edge, situated half a kilometer out in the ocean, accessible only by boat.
During our time there, we did various activities from a romantic sunset cruise, full body massages, jet-skiing, romantic honeymoon dinner at their restaurant, Tribal. We also did bike riding, snorkeling, Glow party, pre-dinner drinks, checked out every restaurant on the premises, visited a local village, and went on a half day trip to a private sand dune where we were left alone with a picnic and drinks to spend time together and snorkel. Max even got to go to the gym every day as well, which is very important to him when it comes to finding a resort.
