Not everything has to go perfectly as planned. What's important is how you can embrace your special day and make the most out of it. Although the weather wasn't exactly perfect on their wedding day, Heidi and Mario didn't let it bring them down. Come rain or shine, they decided to have a beautiful wedding on the beach like they have always wanted. We were amazed by how their photographer, Ladies & Lord, made great use of the rain to produce a unique wedding album. Inviting just 22 guests to the intimate celebration enabled the couple to enjoy every single moment together. What could be better than having stunning views to look at while playing around with waves in the crystal blue sea?

Note from the wedding photographer:
It was the perfect wedding location in Willemstad. Right on the beach with glorious private villas, it was truly a dream destination. For the wedding, the beach was yours and yours alone. We were only 22 guests and it was magical. The reception was hosted in one of the fabulous villas and we had cake and champagne before we went to church. After the Catholic ceremony, the wedding party took a sunset cruise. It was a windy day and despite some guests becoming a little sea sick, it was a wonderful experience sailing about in the Caribbean Sea. Dinner was outstanding, and I had never had breakfast served with my bare feet in the sand before. Fabulous, indeed.
