The story of how this couple met is indeed quite interesting. They both went to the same school and university, but they didn't really know each other until Ferhat graduated. One day, in Aida's final year, she attended an alumni sharing session where Ferhat was one of the speakers. They started talking and in only six months, love finally found its way to this lovely couple.
Ferhat left to continue his studies in Chicago a few years later. Soon after, Aida visited him on holiday and they decided to go to New York together. Both avid joggers, the two wanted to have a morning run in Central Park. It was so cold, however, that Aida wanted to go somewhere indoors to get breakfast. Ferhat then asked Aida to go further up a hill that had amazing views, where he suddenly took out a ring and popped the question.
Their sporty and adventurous personality is reflected so wonderfully in their pre-wedding photos. In the hands of the talented Journal Portraits, their moments at a rocky riverbank and their romantic night camp were so mesmerizing. There were no staged acts, no dramatic dresses, just the two of them showing their love for each other in a very casual way. To complete the album, they took some more photos in an outdoor venue.
