For Adrian and Denise, photography is the most important aspect of the wedding because that moment is immortalised on print for loved ones to see. "We once watched my nephews get really excited over their parents' wedding video, and saw how happy they were to see their folks being in love, and we wanted the same experience for our children," explains the bride.
So they pulled out all the stops to produce a memorable pre-wedding album captured by photographer Joe Teng of Acapella Photography. "Joe was very professional, well prepared and most importantly, he was so much fun to be around! Honestly, a photoshoot can be tiring; walking around in heels and the gown itself is heavy; but he tried his best to make us laugh and look as natural as possible. He was the best wedding vendor we found and highly recommend him," she adds.
Together with makeup artist Sasa of Sasa de Maquillage, they jet-setted to Beijing to capture the city's iconic landmarks like the Great Wall of China, Temple of Heaven and beautifully manicured grounds of Summer Palace. "It was very different from my wedding day as it was completely stress-free and there wasn't any schedule to follow," says the bride.
