Today, we're presenting a collaborative styled-shoot that is captured ever so beautifully by The Beautiful Moment Photography. In this composition, Loretta from Invited shared how she wanted to incorporate locally-sourced materials, such as rattan and flowers as the main ornament. "We wanted the backdrop to reflect an art installation so that it gives a fresh perspective to the local resources," she explained. Thus, the team intentionally placed the rattan against a black textured wall in Le Meridien Singapore, Sentosa where this shoot took place. For the bride and groom's table centerpiece, Loretta styled the plain white linen by simply placing some Monstera leaves along with bold-colored flowers to stick to the tropical vibes.
The bride looked extra flawless after being brushed by TangYong Hair & Makeup. Wearing a classic lace wedding dress and holding a vibrant bouquet of tropical flowers in her hands, the bride's look was the best of both worlds. The groom, on the other hand, donned a blue-colored suit and completed his posh look with a succulent boutonniere. As for the reception, the bride changed her white dress to one with a rich green color. She had her hair done to a twisted up-do and tucked some green leaves that matched her off-shoulder dress. The groom looked just as mesmerizing, in a gray wedding suit and black tie this time around.
However, we have to admit that what we're entirely smitten by was the dessert table. Three colorful cakes by Butter Studio can be seen standing proudly on the pedestal. The tropical flowers and leaf illustrations sit very well with the chosen theme and make the cakes completely irresistible. That's not all; other confectioneries such as flower-garnished cupcakes and popsicles were also present to make the occasion even merrier. "We even used big leaves as 'doilies' to prop up the popsicles!" said Loretta.
