The charming black-and-white colonial houses in Seletar, Singapore became the source of inspiration and setting for today's featured wedding styled shoot. "We wanted to add a modern contrast to the historical architecture," explained the decorator from Bucket Full of Roses. Muted hues of white, green, and black paired beautifully with the monochromatic buildings and lush garden. Beautiful white flowers and greenery were propped against clean gridline structures, seemingly floating in the air.
Meanwhile, the couple had on simple attires that didn't overpower the minimalist setting. "We chose classic white wedding gowns with small details like an off-the-shoulder neckline and illusion back to keep things contemporary yet timeless," the decorator explained. The dresses were paired with a simple bun, an elegant headband, and fresh makeup that highlighted the bride's lips.
