As they happen to be close friends, Marsha and Melissa from Studio June have witnessed Amanda and Garry's love grow over the years. "They met in high school and fell in love while they were oceans apart. She was in London and he was in Texas, but they would hop on long flights to see each other and travel to exciting new places together. Her lighthearted personality perfectly matched his playful character and their love was such a delight to capture," Marsha explained.
Amanda and Garry's adventurous nature was actually what inspired the whole shoot. "Sometimes, a new and exciting adventure is simply a step, or just an hour's drive away. We decided to plan a getaway out of the city, to a lush pine forest in Bogor," Melissa said. "It was a simple, intimate, and romantic photo shoot. We wanted to highlight the couple's personality, capturing their playful nature and love of adventure," Marsha added.
Though they were a bit nervous at first, eventually Amanda and Garry began to loosen up in front of the camera. "As soon as they started being themselves and getting comfortable with us, that's when their beautiful intimate moments effortlessly unfolded," Melissa said, and the foliage-covered photos are here to prove her words. Both Amanda and Garry looked so relaxed and their happy smiles are simply contagious, don't you think?
