Pei Shuen from Cherylshuen Wedding Concept baked a fondant-cloaked fruitcake to resemble a plumed headpiece from the 1920s. The ivory icing on the top tier creates an illusion of sexy fishnet stockings, while the black feather waves with every breath as an ode to the whimsical style of the era. Handcrafted sugar roses, edible beads and sequins further garnish the aquamarine confection. The bottom layer is coated with fresh cream and dotted with fondant buttons to resemble a plush cushion.
