Congratulations to Jenna and Nathan who were married yesterday at Chateau Wyuna Receptions. I first heard from Jenna via email back at the start of the year. The couple were very keen to have a variety of flavours available for their guests and I think we got it! Starting with the naked wedding cake, we created the top tier as moist vanilla bean, then dark caramel mud and white chocolate mud cake. All layered with soft vanilla buttercream and fresh spring berries. Also created for the day was a rustic lemon tart with homemade pastry and a coconut cake with pink ombre rose ruffles in passionfruit flavoured buttercream. Congratulations Jenna and Nathan and what a "flavour sensation" you all had!
