What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
We will charge the retail amount plus a charge of 15-30% depending on the extent of customisation.
Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. For defective products, we require the customer to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, following which we will arrange for the defective product to be shipped back to us, at our cost, for investigation. Should the product be verified to be defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected quantity within 5 working days.
What are your delivery times?
For non-customised products, we will be able to fulfill up to 50 candles the next working day. For orders above 50 non-customised candles, we will require an additional working day for every 50 candles. This is to ensure that your candles are freshly poured for the best experience.
For customised candles, we will require 5-7 working days regardless of the quantity. Exact delivery times will vary according to the extent of customisation.
What makes your services unique?
All our candles are made using 100% natural soy way, the highest quality fragrances and unique scent formulations of your choice. The elegant and luxurious design of the the amazing experience that your guests had at your wedding will be remembered long after the last hug on your special day.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
For customised candles, we require a lead time of 5-7 working days upon approval of the customised options. For non-customised products, we will be able to fulfill up to 50 candles the next working day. For orders above 50 non-customised candles, we will require an additional working day for every 50 candles.

What is your payment terms?
We require a deposit of 50% of the total sum upon order placement. The remaining 50% will need to be paid upon delivery.
