Do you work overseas?
Yes we do.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes we have.
Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
Normally based on package.
In some cases we do charge hourly (pre wedding) or customized package (wedding day).
Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. Rp 3,500,000 per hours
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
Normally 2 weeks after the event, clients will receive data in DVD. Clients can start selecting their choice of pictures to be arranged in the wedding/pre wedding book.
For overseas clients, we deliver data via dropbox/wetransfer.
When will the client get the final album?
We love to deliver the final album as soon as possible. Normally the process will take up to 3 months.
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
