Professional and friendly
Fotograf.id owner and main photographer - he introduce his name as adek - is a professional, passionate with very friendly attitude. He willing to discuss the details, share and give his point of view to our ideas based on his broad experience as photographer, the result you can guess : a superb and beautiful memory freeze in motion.
He position himself not as an outsider but blended in like a family member to give that intimate, warm and personal feeling of every photo his took. I and my wife very satisfied with his work.

we need to make sure all clients have the best assistance to fullfill their photography needs, and that's the main reason why client need to schedule an appointment

Accomodations and travel charge are needed depend on the packages
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
We have a great team and works as unity. We make sure your precious moment will be covered in every detail
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We give all the digital files (retouched photos, album layout and also the raw photos)

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I always talk with clients for what they need and make them comfort. And we direct them as simple and natural as they are
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per packages and we also have a hourly charge if clients need some custom package
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Clients usually can review the Raw photos 2 - 3 days after the photo session
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Depending on the requirements. Most of our clients can receive the final products around 4 - 6 weeks
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time is 2-3 month before their photo session depend on the season.
What makes your services unique?
Our services is capturing the true emotions of our client and we are always keep in touch with our past clients
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Clients usually provides our meal at the break time especially for full day prewedding photo session.
for wedding we usually handle our meal by ourself
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
30 % is needed as booking confirmation and no refund for any cancellation by clients. The balance should be transfered or paid at leas 2 days after event or at the review time

Our business is started late 2014 in Bali and now we are growing and reach for internasional destination wedding photography
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
photography techniques is a must and we use professional camera and use high grade lens
