How far in advance should your client contact you?
2 weeks in advance for photo shoot installation and small wedding decor and one week for wedding bridal/bridesmaid bouquet.
What makes your services unique?
All our flowers are bespoke / artisanal and we only use the best flowers ( at least semi import and imported).
Ideally, when will your client receive the flowers?
For bridal bouquet, we will send them out on d-day of event since we want to make sure that the flowers are kept at the best condition for their special day !
When was your business established?
Our business started during 2018 in Melbourne, initially a side job while we were completing our Uni back in Melbourne.
What is your payment terms?
10% upon agreement of contract, 40% 2 weeks before event, Final payment of 50% on d-day of event.
