Do you provide certification (i.e GIA)?
all Fifth Bloom diamonds are graded by GIA. Diamonds below 0,18 carat (also known as melee diamonds), however, are not certified.
Do you offer a payment plan?
you can pay in installments through Bridestory Pay.
Do you provide after sales services?
we offer free lifetime complementary inspection once every six months for our customers in Indonesia and Australia. Our inspection service covers micro-setting checks, prong tightening, rhodium plating, and cleaning. Please visit www.fifthbloom.com.
For rings, do you have size adjustment services?
we offer one complementary resizing in the first year of your purchase. However, if the change in ring size is over one or two sizes above or below the original ring size (depending on the design), the ring may have to be re-made and charges will apply.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Fifth Bloom provides fast, free and fully insured shipping to all parts of Indonesia regardless of the order amount.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
Good things are worth the wait. On average it takes 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order (depending on availability of the product). Delivery delays due to import processes, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order throughout your order fulfilment process.
