Embraile provides custom-made jewelries (available with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, or pure metal)
Do you provide certification (i.e GIA)?
Embraile provides GIA and IGI certifications for our diamonds.
Do you provide after sales services?
We provide cleaning, jewelry repairs, stone replacements, remodel/redesign, and more.
For rings, do you have size adjustment services?
We offer size adjustment services for customers wanting to change their ring size.
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
We provide custom-made jewelry services and jewelry shipment to other cities and countries.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There are no minimum order requirement, we will serve you, no matter how big or small the order.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship internationally.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
The most ideal time for a client to make jewelry order is around 2 months before the intended occasion. This time estimate is to mitigate any delays due to revisions.

What is your payment terms?
We require a 10% non-refundable deposit, which covers the initial cost for design and planning. Once the design is finalized and approved by you, a 40% payment is needed to proceed with crafting your custom piece. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

We proudly launched our business at the beginning of 2024, with a vision to redefine the jewelry industry through ethical sourcing, transparent pricing, and custom craftsmanship.
