Our product is made from Genuine Leather in any color; not only that, we also feel free to personalize your gift in any way you want it.
Do you offer samples?
For customers who want to see examples of our products directly, we provide displays in the PT Eboni Sri Gemahloji showroom. However, we can also send customers product samples with a minimum purchase of 50 pieces. If it is a custom design we will create a mock up first.
What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
We accept any amount, therefore there is no additional fee.
What are your delivery times?
The delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days after all the orders have been completed and paid off.
What is your payment terms?
After placing an order, customers are required to make a down payment of 50% of the full price. Then, the product will be delivered after the customer makes the payment.

Each and every item will be checked by a member of our team, and before shipment, bubble wrap will have been added to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Therefore, we have a no-returns policy.
