our dreamcatchers will definitely be a highlight on your event. they are unique and meaningful yet affordable. giving dreamcatchers to guests mean that you value their dreams and well-beings. dreamcatchers are said to filter one's dreams; catching dreams using the web and passing the bad ones to the center bead. when the sun rises the next day, all those bad dreams will vanish with the rays of the sun. the good dreams on the other hand, will flow down its feathers and the feathers, dancing with the wind, will fill the room with those good dreams like glitters.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
1 to 2 months for weddings and 1 to 3 weeks for birthdays, baptismals, etc.

What is your payment terms?
customers can give 30 to 50% of the total amount prior to mass production as we will need to purchase the materials first. then the remaining balance will be paid upon meet up or before shipping. pictures and videos of the making can be forwarded for proof.

our business started on June 2013 and is still going strong up to this day.
What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
all prices are not fixed as we consider a lot of things before we finalize a quotation such as quantity, size, design, and if the orders are rush.

Do you have a return policy?
no exchange, no returns and no refunds as we provide samples prior to mass production. cancellations of orders are entitled to 100% refund if the materials haven't been purchased yet. once materials are already on hand and the production has started, the refund will be based on the material cost and labor of the finished products.
What are your delivery times?
the delivery takes 1 to 3 days after production completion. for meet ups, we are available every 11th of the month at sm north or trinoma. for other schedules, pls contact us.
