Saya memang meminta pihak De'creatz untuk tidak mempublish foto wedding kita. Sorry ya.. Hehehe.. Tp so far kita puas dengan pelayanannya. Dari mulai awal ketemu, TM and hari H. Kita banyak dibantu hal-hal yang kita ga tau, terlihat mereka sangat profesional. Hasil foto dan video juga baru kita terima sesuai jadwal dan hasilnya memuaskan. Thank ya buat kerjasamanya dan sukses terus.

Yes, we have more than one professional videographer
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Yes, usually we are very occupied on the day so meals will be very much appreciated. Furthermore, most reception venues do have vendor meals option available that will be more than enough for our crew.

Yes, Rp 500,000/hour
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We aim to a deliver all artwork within 3 or 4 months from the wedding day for both photo and video. We have been working hard to push our turn-around time down but please bear in mind that there may be delay as we are not offering a ‘cookie-cutter’ mass production, so the process is very time-consuming. Timely correspondence from our clients will also help to make the process smoother. It’s for all the right reasons though – we want to make sure that we’re delivering the best we can to our couples. Please rest assured it will be well worth the wait
