it depends on the clients if they will gives the selection for the album it will take maximum 4 weeks for the preparation of the album and videos etc

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
it is not mandatory for us to take meals ,if they provide then its OK .if they don't we don't bother about that ..work is more important then the meals for us..
What payment systems are available for your business?

50 percent of the advance and after that they will get the email all the things will be mentioned in that mail
