Do you offer trials and consultations? If yes, do you charge for trial?
If you want consulations you no need to pay but if you want trials yes, you need to pay Rp. 150.000 for the trial.
Can you service a large group or bridal party?
I can do a make up and hair do Service for large group or bridal party but you to booked firts at least 1 month for large group and 6 month for bridal party before the day you of bridal party or any other occassion.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Minimum customer that I can serve at one time for Make Up and Hair do and Nail art is 5 peaople and no discount for nail art no manicure because I only serve falls nail only.

Normally one wedding session 2 make up retouch and also hairdo retouch.

The most ideal time our client contact us would 6 - 12 month before the day of the event.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
if I am unavailable for the D-Day usually I give these jobs to some one else that available

we charge per event depend on what the package that the bride took.

50% after confirmation of contract, and 50% after the event.
