How far in advance should your client contact you?
Ideally we ask brides to come in 12 months prior to their wedding day, but cater to all brides, and have found a customer her dream weddig gown only 2 weeks out from her wedding.
How long does it take in general for your client to receive the final dress?
Each label has a different delivery schedule. Some offer rush orders for a small fee. Please call us to discuss.

When was your business established?
We started in 2009 as a wholesale business and became Bluebell Bridal at our new home on Collins Street in September 2012. We have quickly established our salon as a 5 star salon that offers the best service and most gorgeous gowns.

What is your payment terms?
On confirmation of an order we require 1 50% deposit with the remaining amount due when the gown arrives. For sales off the rack 100% is required at the time of purchase
