The wedding of David and Evi is one of those weddings we love for its originality and uniqueness. On the wedding day, countless elements were present to remind the couple of their entire journey. For the wedding ceremony, the wedding vows were recorded and put in a walkman as David and Evi used to share their favorite songs using a mix-tape. There was also a Lego ring bearer, as David proposed to Evi with a Lego ring. Star Wars was their favorite movie; the very first bouquet Evi received from David was even a storm-trooper bouquet. "This is why we included Star Wars inspired elements to the boutonnieres and a flag that said 'Uncle Pid, may the force be with you' to be carried by the ring bearers," the conceptor explained.
After such a unique and playful wedding ceremony, their night reception took a romantic turn. Evi was dressed in a beautiful strapless dress by Bramanta Wijaya with a flower tiara on her head, representing the flower crown David gave her when he proposed. "Evi specially requested a sky full of stars on her wedding day. This is why we used fairy lights as the decoration," she explained. As the couple entered the reception area, guests lit their fireworks to celebrate the newlyweds. We can truly feel how warm the night was and the photos are here to prove it.
