For Genoveva and Eduardus, marriage is not solely defined by a bond or a person's status. Rather, they see it as a new challenge in life to understand each other, work together, compromise, and appreciate whatever decision is made by your spouse. "It is a challenge indeed as it's easier said than done. To me personally, this is where a person reaches their maturity; when they have chosen to embark on a life-long commitment with someone different from themselves and still manages to push through," Genoveva explained.
Before celebrating their union, the Pontianak-based couple had been planning a pre-wedding photo session that was meant just for them. To showcase their raw moments and true characters in each frame, the couple came up with a simple concept with their photographer from Morden. Belitung Island was the lucky place in which the couple decided to do their shoot as the beauty of its beaches and mountains are unquestionable.
In three sets of wardrobes, both Genoveva and Eduardus successfully presented a formal look that looked wonderful against the soothing natural scenery. However, a pre-wedding album would feel a little incomplete without a bold color combination.
