Sometimes you just can't choose between two worlds, and when the dilemma arises, why not just get the best of both? Anita and Max love both the ocean and the blooming flowers, so they decided to create a fusion of all those elements for their wedding. The Log House Garden at Will Lake was their chosen location, and it was perfect thanks to heaps of beautiful flowers growing in its garden. After saying "I do" under a gazebo with a lush carpet of green grass, the couple celebrated their union in a reception covered in beautiful oceanic elements. Replicas of starfishes, seashells, and pearls harmoniously matched with the white orchids. They even had a mini message-in-a-bottle welcoming each guest and a whimsical under-the-sea-themed cake. Not to mention some palm trees, bright shades of aqua, and the friendly summer breeze really brought a beach-like atmosphere to the wedding. Something from the bride:
The day was just absolutely magical. The sun was up and the breeze blew the scent of flowers all around us. The forehead band I wore was made for me by my husband and it was perfect! I had waited for this day with so much excitement, and seeing how every detail we had wanted was carried out beyond our expectations made me feel at peace and all my built up stress just vanished. In some sense, as we went from ceremony to reception, we were in awe of how gorgeous everything looked. At the end of the day, we still couldn't contain our smiles. When it comes to my favorite thing about the wedding, it's hard to choose specifics, but I absolutely loved the cake. It was perfectly in sync with the theme and it stood out wonderfully. Also, every detail of the decoration was thought out to perfection. Really, it was the best day of my life.
