Need a quick pick-me-up before the wedding or planning a hens sparty with your besties? These luxury hotels are offering some awesome perks for the month of April.
Four Seasons Spa & L'Occitane
Finally! World-renowned L'Occitane Spa opens its first South East Asian outlet at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, combining its amazing skincare products – like Immortelle and Orchidée – with resort-style massages done by visiting therapists from other Four Seasons properties.
This is also the only L'Occitane spa in the world to offer the very exclusive Néroli & Orchidée treatment (90 minutes for S$245) comprising of a shea butter body scrub and oil massage. The heady fragrance of neroli essence combined with the anti-ageing properties of orchid culminate in one amazing massage that deeply relaxed me and nourished my thirsty skin. Don't be shy to ask the therapist for a deeper knead into those twisted knots!
The best part about a L'Occitane treatment at the Four Seasons – the four-room spa is so spacious and quiet that if you were to book out all the rooms for your sparty, all the amenities are yours to enjoy for as long as you want, including the refreshments, sauna, steam room, gym, pools and tennis court!
Book this April and enjoy 30 minutes extra when you book a 60-minute treatment, plus enjoy 50% off for the second guest. Visit 190 Orchard Boulevard, call (65) 6831-7400 or email club.sin@fourseasons.com.
So Spa
Since taking over Spa Botanica's premises, So Spa by Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, has been working hard to revamp its treatment menu to incorporate more product-driven results using well-known French skincare brands like Swisscode, Saline de Bex, Cholley Suisse, Karin Herzog, Nescens and Hormeta.
I tried the new Cinderella Facial (60 minutes for S$220) ideal for brides who want instant lift and brightening for their big day. It begins with an elaborate iPad skin assessment, which picks out the right products for your facial from an arsenal of 250 skincare items. My high-maintenance face needed the oxygenation powers of Karin Herzog – the most premium brand of them all!
After a thorough cleanse and scrub, my facialist moves on to a firming face massage to remove unwanted puffiness and retention, followed by application of Swisscode Pure Dynalift serum to maintain youthful lift for up to 5 hours. My skin felt super nourished and results lasted the entire week!
Visitors can roam the 6,000 sqm heritage site (formerly known as Spa Botanica) which has 14 indoor treatment rooms and six outdoor pavilions, and use the complimentary facilities like heated- and non-heated jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, lap pool, float pool, mud pool and meditative gardens for total relaxation.
