When you are experiencing a meltdown before your wedding day, you may be feeling afraid. You may be questioning yourself on whether or not you are making the right decision. You may even get scared and go through all sorts of emotions that make you want to back out and call off the wedding. The promise you are about to make and the knowledge you have that there is no turning back from it can take you on frenzy when you are only a few days from the big day.

But, when you know deep down inside that the man you have chosen to marry is the right man for you and that you do, in fact, look forward to a future with him, then the doubts you are feeling weeks before the wedding, is by no means, signs for you to back out. It is important to understand that to feel overwhelmed before you tie the knot is completely normal. Give yourself permission to feel those emotions, but know that they don't have to take over you.

In order to avoid having a meltdown, during the last few weeks of preparation, leave everything to the planners and focus on your relationship instead. Be with your fiancé and be with him often. The last few weeks should be spent relaxing and enjoying the time you have before beginning the rest of your life together as husband and wife. So, use that time to unwind from all the wedding planning and have fun with your fiancé. Spend time to talk about your future together and remember the reason why you both decided to get married in the first place – because you love each other.
