An Intimate Wedding Celebration in Batanes, Philippines

Don't you agree that the beauty of a wedding lies during the ceremony, as the bride and groom exchange vows in front of their loved ones? Chessy and Kyle might have celebrated their union in a small space, but after seeing their wedding photos by Jed Calara Photography, we realized how much they were truly meant for each other.

Their special day began early at Basco in Philippines, where Chessy had her makeup done by a local makeup artist. She then changed into an off-the-shoulder wedding dress paired with a bouquet of white roses and dusty miller leaves. Standing next to her were the lovely bridesmaids wearing pink dresses. Meanwhile, Kyle opted for matching attires with his groomsmen. For this once-in-a-lifetime occasion, they buttoned up their nude barong tagalog shirts and completed the formal look with black trousers.

The ceremony was held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Chapel, also known as Tukon Church. Interestingly, the bride's own aunts were the ones who decorated the venue with rustic greenery and white flowers. Located on a hill overlooking the beautiful landscapes of the Batanes province, the chapel was truly the perfect backdrop for Chessy and Kyle's nuptials.
