Today's celebration reminded us of Bridestory Fair 2017, which showcased the green botanical wedding theme that is expected to be trending this year. Pauline and Chrys's intimate beachside wedding was beautifully decorated using white flowers and greenery to enhance the natural beauty of El Nido Resorts on Lagen Island, Philippines. The result? A serene and absolutely breathtaking setting for the couple's sacred vows.
"They did not have many guests, but they had the most beautiful island to enjoy as well as their closest family and friends to share the day with. What more can one ask for?" said photographer, Dyan Collo. Botanical elements graced not only the venue and decorations, but also the invitations, the bride's leafy bouquet, and a few other wedding elements. We particularly love the boutonnieres and corsages that combined leaves with green orchids.
The bride and groom themselves were finely dressed for the occasion. Pauline looked gorgeous throughout the day, slipping on a delicate off-the-shoulder dress with a layered skirt. She managed to stand out from the crowd, although all the guests were also clad in all-white attires. Meanwhile, Chrys had on a beige suit and white shirt, a combination that looked relaxed yet dressy enough to suit the whole celebration.
