The pair had been dating for more than three years until a surprise happened at Frecia's birthday. "We were having dinner just like years before, but I felt something odd with Santo's behavior. He kept holding on to his phone and I can tell that he was worried about something. Honestly though, I didn't see anything coming at that moment," recalled Frecia. "Right after the main course, I had dessert and found out that there was 'will you marry me?' written on the plate. To my surprise, my friends turned out to be there as well!" she added.
