When you think of Mexico, the image of bright-coloured houses, warm weather, and festivities will pop through. Photographer, Abraham Haben, translated that inspiration into something a bride can implement on their wedding day or their pre-wedding shoot.
The shoot combines rustic ornaments with popping colors. The decoration elements were mostly in neutral shades, but to balance it out they added bold and colourful flowers. These colourful accents are the quintessential portrayal of Mexican artistically festive culture. To remind us of the beauty of Mexican deserts, mini cactuses were incorporated to the decorations. The ensemble created a warm atmosphere but with fresh, colourful touches. Rattan chairs were also added as an inspiration for sweetheart chairs, as well as tepee tents as decorations or a fun alternative to tables. On the tables, an assortment of glass with carved details infused a masculine and vintage accent. Of course, it wouldn't be a Mexican party without some sombreros and other hats to spice up the look.
For the bridal look, this styled shoot also didn't deviate from the Mexican style. The bride is portrayed wearing a white, circular maxi skirt and lace as the top, combining a free-spirited nuance of the loose-fitting dress and the gracefulness of the colour white. Gold jewelries are also a great addition to inject a luxurious Bohemian vibe, including gold rings with colourful stones.
