Teachers Patrick and Lynette tied the knot in a rustic garden-themed wedding at The White Rabbit styled by decorators from Inside the Knot.
"Lynette and Patrick will always be remembered as one of the most humorous couples we have worked with. They approached us asking for a rustic garden concept but wanted to add some fun into it with Mad Libs in the form of parking coupons!" shares wedding planner Rubina Tiyu.
They held an outdoor solemnisation behind the restaurant, which was filled with luscious lilies, eustomas, peonies and roses, and green vines that draped the awning's overhead grilles.
Vintage elements like a typewriter, retro camera, wooden crates and trunks and terrariums added to the rustic ambience of the occasion, and a grass carpet led to a floral arch under which the couple exchanged their vows. Befitting of the lighthearted affair, Lynette dressed in flowy chiffon gowns with her hair styled in a loose side-do.
The celebrations continued indoors in the restored chapel, where candles and a trailing vine of roses made the centrepiece for the long banquet table. Fairy-lights added an enchanting touch to the ceremony, illuminating the newlyweds' first dance.
"My team and I had the best time decorating for their wedding and we are so glad to have them as clients and now friends."
