Having volcano eruption in the forecast didn't stop Niccole and Damien from celebrating their happiest day. A destination wedding to the Island of Gods was envisioned, little did they know Mother Nature got so excited and Mount Agung erupted only the day before. Indeed, some chaos were inevitable. But, this time it happened to their loved ones who couldn't fly to Bali due to airport closure, including the bride's brother. Just in a small amount of time, the pair had to reshuffle seating plans and gathered their strength to found the beauty in every unexpected thing.
Despite the sudden mishap, Niccole and Damien still wanted the guests to experience Bali's signature beauty. Thus, they greeted their guests with a welcome dinner by the beach. The next day, a wedding ceremony was held at The Glass House of Tirtha Bridal overlooking the Indian Ocean and it was filled with dusty blue and white flower arrangement. While waiting for the bride, the guest were treated with Balinese folk music called Rindik. As soon as Niccole was ready to walk down the aisle, they were directed to the chapel and we saw a glimpse of Damien standing at the altar. It was revealed that the bride was serenaded with a choir repertoire.
The dinner reception in the midst of greenery was as breathtaking! Upon the guests' arrival, a signature cocktail was served and then, it followed by a fire dance show. Midway through dinner, the pair had their cake cutting procession and guests enjoyed the fireworks show. "It was truly a magical fairy tale moment," said Niccole. "After desserts, we handed out the party sparklers, lit them, and sent off our guests to the after party," she continued. Another special element on their wedding we couldn't miss was Niccole's night dress by Chanel that turned out to be Damien's birthday present for her.
"I felt that the whole wedding was really intimate and emotional. It brought our friends and families closer, it was simply perfect for us, and we wouldn't want to have it any other way," enthused the bride.
