Something about old-school charm in a modern setting takes our love for love stories further. Olden time Shanghai was already a true metropolis as a center of trade, industry, finance, and most of all artistic life. Here, Rio and Lily brought that scene to life in their 1930s inspired photo shoot. Shanghai was then known as Paris of the East, New York of the West, hence it was a beautiful sight to see them reconstructing that era through a number of looks in a Shanghai glam concept.
To start off the pre-wedding photo shoot, Rio and Lily went straight to Shanghai Movie Park and spent the day exploring the area. Their choices of sequin dresses to cheongsam clothing combined with oriental tassel earrings also drew dramatization of the 1930s, creating a dynamic that's both timeless and gorgeous. With Shanghai's unique architecture style and cityscape as their backdrop, the theme and concept of the shoot didn't miss the mark on every frame.
