"For Teto and I, pre-wedding photos are more important than wedding photos, as they give us a chance to let our personality shine," said today's bride, Prilly. At first, the couple wanted to do a pre-wedding photo shoot in Yogyakarta. But as there wasn't enough spare time before the wedding day, they settled for Bandung instead. "We love taking outfit-of-the-day photos together and we wanted those kinds of photos in our pre-wedding album," said Prilly. They decided to wear a white dress and navy suit, which would be easy to find yet still stand out. "The neighborhood tailor made my off-shoulder long dress in only two days," she added.
Being all dressed up didn't stop this couple from exploring the streets of Bandung, even enjoying some street snacks along the way. "From dawn until around 10 in the morning, we walked around Asia Afrika Street, Alun-Alun, and other spots in the city," explained Prilly. It was Friday, so Prilly and Teto were surrounded by crowds of children heading for school and people going to work. "In the end, we managed to stand out in the crowd just like we had always wanted to," she said.
Thanks to David of Kimi and Smith Pictures, every frame of this pre-wedding album shows just how in love Prilly and Teto are with each other. The casual atmosphere highlighted their personality even further, and you can tell that they had plenty of fun. "The whole shoot was enjoyable, but our favorite moment happened in the morning at Dalem Kaum. People kept staring at us because we were running in a suit and dress, right in the middle of the street. Everything was just perfect," gushed Prilly.
