This couple has their own idea of how to make the memory of their wedding special. Susie and Mark wanted an intimate wedding, inviting only their loved ones and heartfelt moments. Without calligraphed invites, they asked their guests to come to a restaurant next to an exquisite vineyard, unaware that they're attending a wedding. Instead, the guests thought they were attending an engagement lunch.
This was surely and exciting moment for the couple, and a challenging one for the photographer. The photographer form PixlPopr was in disguise as a restaurant guest. Aside from keeping the wedding a secret, this is to capture the priceless candid moments as the guests turn from calm to bursting with emotions when the celebrant walked in and announce the wedding. The guests were overwhelmed by emotions and the wedding album was overflown with teary faces, laughter, screams and of course, blank stares of the people trying to process the unexpected turn of event. "That was by far the highlight of the day," said the photographer who recalled the best moments of the surprise wedding.
The couple was blessed with the presence of loved ones as excited as they are for the wedding and a beautiful day spent eating great food with a gorgeous view. A surprise wedding was as warm and personal as they aspire their intimate wedding to be.
The photographer for this wedding also shared a tip for those of you who want to experience the same fun, "Perhaps surprise weddings work best in an intimate setting, where everyone can spontaneously gather around for the wedding ceremony and for the couple to spread the love."
