The two lovebirds first met in Melbourne, Australia, back in 2010. Although Jun and Jessica had been friends for a long time, they didn't realize their attraction to each other until 2014, when they started officially going out. Their love story might not be as enchanting as a fairy tale, but it's so inspiring to see how they managed to cope with differences in their cultural backgrounds.
Jun and Jessica decided to throw an elegant ballroom reception at the InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar Hotel. Their special day began with a serene wedding ceremony down at the hotel's chapel, which was flawlessly covered with all-white details and flower beds. They continued with the tea pai, a sacred Chinese tea ceremony meant to pay respect to the bride and groom's family. Interestingly, the couple wore a pair of hanbok, Korean traditional attires, during the entire ceremony as tribute to Jun's heritage.
Later that night, the ballroom was transformed by Fuchsia Decoration into a glamorous reception area adorned with a combination of black and gold details. Glasslike ornaments were spread around the ballroom, while an engraved dance floor was surrounded by hanging wisterias and chandeliers.
To instill a warm atmosphere, the couple decided on a sit-down dinner reception in which the guests could enjoy a string of performances and various delicacies. In the end, the whole celebration was filled with so many memorable moments. Everyone had plenty of fun singing and dancing together, even participating in the closing flash mob performance. Such a perfect way to end the night!
