Impy and Junsi met nine years ago during high school and she fell for him very easily. Fate drifted them apart only to unite them once again, this time for forever. "I still saw in your eyes as the night reached its peak, the boy I came to love nine years ago. In between then and now time molded us, changed us, toughened us up, made us who we are. Yet, the current between us - it remains the same. The night is still young and we have the rest of our lives to make up for those nine lost years. I'm thankful for everything that happened to you, the life we lead apart. Everyone you loved. Everyone I loved. Because they led me back to you," a part of Impy's poetic wedding vow. She read the beautiful poem on the reception and made it the perfect finish to the lovely night.
The bride's wonderful words weren't the only thing great about the wedding. "The misty cool weaather, the free-flowing drinks and buffet spread, the majestic view of Taal Lake during sunset cocktail hour, the romantic serenade of a string quartet playing the greatest movie soundtracks of all time, an epic after party, and most of all, seeing all our friends and loved ones gathered together in Tagaytay Highlands, where Junsi first proposed to me," Impy recalled. And who could better accompany the bride and groom than a squad of mismatched bridesmaid and groomsmen? Everything looked so cohesive and beautiful, a timeless aesthetic that would stand the test of time.
Before closing the interview, Impy said that the overall vibe of the day was what she loved most about the wedding, "We wanted our love to be the main focus of the wedding and the relaxed & romantic vibe reflected our love perfectly."
