Lia and Andrew's romantic pre-wedding trip began, naturally, in the city love. Charmed by the timeless beauty of Paris, the pair had some photos taken in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum. The journey then continued with visits to several spots along the way to Italy.
In front of the majestic Château de Chantilly, Lia and Andrew couldn't help but take some dreamy shots that look straight out of a fairy tale. Aside from the stunning backdrop, what caught our eyes was the intimacy and love so obviously shared between the couple. Afterwards, they stopped over in Colmar, an Alsatian town famous for its cobblestoned streets and half-timbered houses. The couple matched their surroundings with casual outfits as they strolled around town while the photographer-on-duty, Morden, snapped away.
The Italy leg of their trip was no less captivating. It started on Burano, a beautiful island in the Venetian lagoon. Clad in semi-formal clothing this time, Lia and Andrew posed among whimsical houses painted in various bright colors. Charming as the photo shoot was, the most memorable part was yet to happen.
"We were taking photos on the Dolomite mountain range. It was springtime, but somehow snow began to fall heavily. The road to our next location was closed because of the snow, but we took the risk and drove there anyway," shared the photographer. The adventurous couple braved the falling snow to take more pictures, and the results are stunning. "We stood on a field with spectacular snowcapped mountains as our background. It was such an amazing experience."
For the final stop of their Euro trip, the couple headed to Tuscany. It's easy to see why Tuscan destination weddings are on the rise, as the region's characteristic landscape of green rolling hills is truly irresistible. Basked in warm sunshine, Lia and Andrew glowed once again, showing their undeniable chemistry in every frame.
Take another look at their pre-wedding album that will surely be treasured for a lifetime.
