When Bianca first met Shaun, she didn't see him as someone who would become her husband. At that time, they were still very young, plus they lived in two different countries. As a result, they had to undergo a long-distance relationship for four years. Since they did not feel pressured, they always enjoy the presence of each other. Both began to feel closer and closer over time until it steered them to the path of marriage in the end.
The two lovers always wanted to get married in a tropical island. Luckily, Shaun's father has a villa in Phuket and knows the area well. The challenge this couple must face was to deal with many wedding vendors outside Indonesia. Even though they had visited Phuket six months before the wedding day, Bianca who works full-time still felt overwhelmed. "I have to trust people from the creative industry because I believed in their choices and suggestions," Bianca explained.
With only 150 guests, this wedding celebration was a holiday for all invited. The Nai Harn is the couple's preferred venue because it has many areas overlooking the coastal Nai Harn Beach. The holy matrimony was held at the rooftop bar, while the reception was held at the hotel restaurant. For the choice of colors, Bianca went with white because she adores a clean state.
This elegant bride explained that she was happy to hear guests looking forward to her wedding. "I like to be a host and surrounded by people," Bianca said. "We wanted to make a pleasant experience, not only for ourselves, but our guests too."
