You've been in the relationship quite a while and lately you feel like the relationship isn't going anywhere. You're starting to wonder if he's ever going to pop the question. Stop being haunted by it, here are six major signs which tell you that he's not going to get down on one knee anytime soon. Be warned: this is a slap in the face, but it might just be the wake-up call you need.
1. You barely know his friends
You only met his friends through one or two casual get-togethers. It seems as if he doesn't feel the importance to formally introduce you to his band of brothers.
2. He never wants to meet your family
He always has the reason to turn down an invitation to meet your family. He might be avoiding to meet your parents because he doesn't see them as future in-laws.
3. He doesn't take you to meet his family
Bringing a girl home to meet his family is such a big milestone for a man. If you've never been asked to come over to his house, you should ask him why.
4. You're not in his big future plan
He's planning to grow his business, traveling around the world, taking master degree abroad, join the armed force, and he has not once mentioned you in his plans. He's practically living his dream and you're not part of it. That might be a clear sign that being married is not part of his plan, at least not in a couple of years.
5. He always mention his needs to be financially stable before settling down
This type of man is either very conscientious or simply not ready to be married because of the intense pressure for men to be the breadwinner.
6. He avoids the topic and never wants to talk about it
Anything related to wedding, marriage, family and children scares him. It's pretty clear that he's not comfortable talking about stuff that he doesn't want to have anytime soon.
