"The Best Love Story" Harry & Vivi by Jan

Updated on 05 June 2017

“We’ll figure things out. It won’t be easy but we’ll figure it out.” The best love stories are usually the ones that had a rocky start, went through trials and tribulations and after everything has been said and done, they have their happy ending. Isn’t that what we long to see most in the movies? But let’s leave all that drama for in the movies. What about the love stories that is happy from the beginning? The ones that have an easy start and were smooth sailing all the way to the altar? Are those stories not interesting? Do we really need trials and tribulations to deem a relationship noticeable or interesting, or even beautiful? Do we need some sort of hurdle jumping as a measurement for a relationship success? Since when? I beg to differ. To me, every relationship is beautiful. Whether they had a smooth start or rocky one; whether they’ve had little problems or thousands in the scale of the Titanic; whether they made quick decisions or withstood the test of time; whether they were happy-go-lucky all the way or have held hands in the faces of danger … it doesn’t matter, because at the end of that dating process, when they stand facing each other, speaking their lifelong vows to each other in front of the altar, they will have the same racing heart beats, the same butterflies in their stomach, the same tears of joy streaming down their faces. It really doesn’t matter whether a relationship have faced hardship or not. It doesn’t matter. What matters is only the love the share, and the commitment to which they have to make this relationship. That is the beautiful part of the love story. Speaking about beautiful love stories, check out this one of Harry and Vivi. We shot their pre-wedding session in the America. Do they look like they have a beautiful love story? One day, I might just ask them to share it to you. But for now, take my word for it, it is beautiful. Peace out, Jan
