We are still waiting for our promised output
I hired Mas Dennys Austin Pictures for Full Wedding and Prewedding Package on 1st Dec 24 and was promised the following deliverables: (250 edited files, reels, highlight video). Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to deliver the promised items within the agreed timeline.
I have tried reaching out to them numerous times via whatsapp and phone/etc, but they have either ignored my messages or given vague responses.
As of now, I still have not received our promised output, which has caused a lot of stress and disappointment.
I do not recommend Austin Pictures to others based on my experience. Please ensure you have a clear agreement in writing and be cautious when hiring their services. I hope they take accountability and improve their practices.

Sebetulnya dari segi harga ok banget. Hasil editan photos n videos nya jg bagus. Cuma service nya butuh di improve karena sangat slow response. Ada banyak perubahan mendadak yang kita kaget mendengarnya dan ga di info. Kurang inisiatif utk menghubungi client, harus kita yang kejar2. Semoga ke depannya bs ditingkatkan lg pelayanan nya dan bs menjadi feedback yg baik buat Austin

Aletha Project IS THE BEST!! managed to capture the beauty at the comfort of my own home (cuz of pandemi). Mereka bawa peralatan lengkap, pinter banget cari angle nya sampe ga kelihatan kalau photoshoot dirumah. super recommended. will definitely contact them again for my future events. super luvv
