Usually for bride 3 months - 1 year in advance. For another appointment 1-3 months in advance.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
If something urgent or anything happen on d-day, I definitely will take a full responsibility for finding replacement and any other things required
