What is your payment terms?
1. Initial deposit - a non refundable deposit of 30% is required within 7 days upon signing of the contract.
2. A second deposit of an additional 30% is required 90/60 days prior to arrival date.
3. A third deposit of an additional 30% is required 60/30 days prior to arrival date.
4. Full pre-payment of estimated total Hotel charges is required 14 days prior to Group arrival.
