This wedding is very simple and classy in nature. It was held in the 400-years old Weissenhaus Grand Village by the Baltic Sea. As the venue itself is serene and tranquil, the wedding theme was modest and it involved scant color – and yet, it was still a wedding that will strike you with a deep sense of tenderness.

"We decided to choose a wedding venue which provided us a private atmosphere with rural feeling as well as North German charm as we both are close to nature and from this part of Germany. Our wedding venue with its beautiful and carefully restored historical buildings just offered this to us. The reception took place in the Boathouse Lounge which is located directly at the Baltic Beach. We enjoyed the seaside setting, wide horizon and sand dunes combined with subtle music and barbecue snacks. The wedding celebration in the evening took place in the "Reetscheune" (thatched roof barn) surrounded by old trees, an amphitheater and with a view via an illuminated alley to the white castle. Our wedding celebration – since it was a German-Persian wedding – should have elements of both cultures. We had a Persian wedding ceremony sitting in front of a decorated table with several kinds of food and symbolic items (called "Sofreh Aghd"). Our menu had some elements of the Persian kitchen and during the dancing some Persian music connected both German and Persian culture. This wedding is even more beautiful than we imagined."
