A story from the bride and the groom:
It had been raining off and on in the morning. Just before the ceremony, the sun peaked out from behind the clouds. As Kathy walked down the aisle with her dad, all of her nervousness floated away. She felt overcome by such a feeling of love that everyone was there for them. Then seeing Kevin, her best friend, waiting at the end of the aisle was just the best, she admits. In that instant, it was clear for her—this was it; this was what the day was all about. It was a moment she'll never forget. While Kevin said that throughout the wedding planning and the actual day of, the only time he got nervous was when he saw Kathy walking down the aisle with her dad. It really shook him; to the point that he had to put his hands on his knees and take a deep breath to prepare for the most important moment of his life. That helped, but what really settled him down was seeing their dog, Muji, get caught in Kathy's dress. That little laugh was all he needed to get back to the moment, as it reminded him of the journey they were about to embark upon.
