Summer is the season of alfresco weddings. The intimacy it offers and the scenic view have always hold a special place in our heart. Just like the wedding of Kayti and Shane, that was held in Merridale Estate Cidery, a place famous for its picturesque natural ambiance in the rural side of Vancouver. With such amazing backdrop, Kayti had perfectly decorated it with shabby chic theme in bright fuchsia and aqua-blue that was mostly done by her with the help of her beloved mother, combined with lush floral arrangements that are simply breathtaking. This couple had thought through the wedding details very well, in order to match their chosen palette, the bridesmaids were looking lovely in romantic light pink dresses; as for the groom and groomsmen, they had opted for navy blue suits completed with the same tone of formal tie for the groom and blush pink ties for the groomsmen. Starring to their wedding particulars was really a feast for the eyes and for us, this wedding was perfect as it had truly shown the lively characteristics of the couple well through every moments captured. Feel free to enjoy their beautiful moments in frames here and get ready to feel the joy surpassed as you page through their wedding pictures.

What the bride says about the wedding:
My wedding day was truly the best day of my life because I married my Shane. We were engaged for 11 months. Me and my mom had an idea of what I wanted for the wedding theme. It took months of finding the right items to paint, sew, or build. We both hand-made all of the decor, while most items were found from local thrift stores. The flowers also played a very important part. I had a special florist for my bouquets, but the rest of the decoration was arranged by my mom, using some real and some fake flowers. I love the colors, which are pinks of all shades and each decoration items we made was very special and unique.
